Application for certification submission materials

1) Application materials (CQC provides form documents)

A. Formal application form (print or download a blank application form after filling out the application form online)

B. Factory inspection questionnaire (at the time of initial application)

C. Product description (according to CQC related product description documents)

D. Brand Usage Statement

2) Supporting materials

A. Registration certificates of the applicant, manufacturer, and production plant, such as business license and organizational code (at the time of initial application)

B. CCC certification certificate (if any)

C. When the applicant is a seller or importer, they must also submit copies of relevant contracts signed between the seller and the producer, as well as between the importer and the producer

D. Power of Attorney for the Agent (if any)

E. Effective supervision and inspection reports or factory inspection reports (if any)

F. Other required documents

Accept application

After the application form and related materials submitted by the applicant are complete, CQC shall complete the review of the application form and related materials within 10 working days. For those that meet the requirements, a "Notice of Acceptance of Energy Saving Product Certification Application" shall be issued, and the certification project number shall be given. If the application form and related materials are not yet sufficient, CQC will contact the applicant (via telephone, fax, or other communication means) and notify them to supplement the relevant materials or make corresponding corrections within the specified 30 days. If necessary, a "Application Material Supplement Notice" will be issued

Quality System Audit Basis

According to CQC/F 002-2009 "Quality Assurance Capability Requirements for Resource Conservation Product Certification Factories" and the quality manual, procedures, and relevant supporting documents of the audited party.

The energy-saving certification products currently being carried out include household refrigerators, room air conditioners, tubular fluorescent lamp ballasts, rice cookers, microwave ovens, electric water heaters, and other products.
